Québec’s Employment Challenges

During the 60th Annual Conference of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada, Mr. Bernard Matte, Assistant Deputy Minister of the Direction générale des politiques et de l’analyse stratégique of the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, gave a presentation entitled Québec’s Employment Challenges: Outlook Facts.

Under the theme “New World, New Society, New Public Administration” the 2008 Annual Conference was a unique opportunity to address key issues in public administration with an eye on the past and a view to the future.
