Red Seal Program
This program administered by Emploi-Québec allows qualified workers in 44
occupations to practice their profession in the other Canadian provinces In
Québec, 26 occupations are recognized by this program. To obtain the
Red Seal you must have a professional qualification certificate and
successfully pass the interprovincial examination in the targeted
occupation.
